FOR NURSING HOME PATIENTS:

We service specific facilities on a case by case basis in the Pasadena area. Please call us to inquire.

FOR OUTPATIENTS/CLINIC PATIENTS:

Contact us and schedule your office visit. Many patients have telemedicine benefits and visits can be performed remotely. If you have managed care, we might need to request a referral from your primary care physician. We accept almost all insurance plans.
